Job Summary:
Under general supervision, works to keep various types of facilities clean and in good operating condition as well as working on Citywide special events. This position reports to the Lead Maintenance Worker.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform minor repairs, including inspecting equipment and systems for preventative maintenance reasons.
- Clean facilities/field/stadium.
- Clear trees, minor weeding and tree-trimming.
- Move equipment by using hand trucks, forklifts, and other tools.
- Maintain reports pertaining to repairs and cleaning schedules.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
