What are the responsibilities and job description for the HEAD LIFEGUARD - AQUATICS position at City of Lawrence?
Applicants must be at least 20 years of age, have 1 year lifeguard experience and have American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certification. Will assist, manage, assign rotations, coordinate facility user groups, and ensure staff performing necessary duties. Head guard will be assigned to indoor or outdoor pool as needed and are required to attend head guard meetings. Previous management experience preferred.
