In addition to sport events, the facility also hosts special events, private gatherings, and provide a hub for community engagement and active lifestyles.
The Front Gate Attendant is the parks front line customer service position providing a positive and welcoming experience for all individuals arriving at the facility. This includes greeting guests, admission transactions, inspecting bags, and assisting guests with park questions.The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job. - Greet park visitors and players.
- Provide information about facilities, food and beverage options, and rules and regulations.
- Process admission transactions including cash, card, or mobile payment and ensuring charges are accurate.
- Performs related work as required.
- High school diploma or GED, or currently attending high school

- Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends.

- Basic math skills to accurately make change
- City policies and procedures
- Various City Ordinances affecting use of the parks

- Monitor parks and guests for violations of rules and safety standards
- Moderate level of technological competency
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to communicate effectively with the public, using tact and professionalism
