Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our pool staff team at the City of Leavenworth. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all pool users.
Position Titles:
- Assistant Pool Manager: Responsible for overseeing daily pool operations, supervising lifeguards, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Lifeguard: Ensures the safety of swimmers by monitoring pool areas and responding to emergencies.
- Swim Instructor: Teaches swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
Requirements:
- Assistant Pool Manager: Must be 18 years old, have a current lifeguard certification, and/or two summers of pool experience.
- Lifeguard: Must be at least 15 years old, have a current lifeguard certification, and/or one summer of pool experience.
- Swim Instructor: Must be at least 14 years old.
