A valid state Motor Vehicle Operator’s license is also required.

- Manages all activities and administration requirements pertaining to the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) such as operation of the City’s Minor Home Repair program.
- Responsible for all Housing and Urban Development Department (HUD) required data reporting for grant compliance.
- Prepares and maintains a written record of all environmental reviews. Activities include site observation, assessment and appropriate public notifications.
- Assists with necessary administration activities and reporting related to federal funding such as the Five-year Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plan, Citizen Participation Plan, and assists with the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Plan.
- Researches local, state, and federal grant opportunities for the Development Services Department and assists in drafting, monitoring, and securing of all grants.
- Coordinates with various City departments to assure compliance with local and federal financial regulations, as well as procurement policies, labor standards, and other relevant policies.

Salary : $50,041 - $75,067
