Schedule
- Part-Time position
- Must be available at 2pm on weekdays
- Must be willing to work weekend after-hours events at the Liberty Community Center (LCC) as needed

- Main responsibility is to flip and set up, clean, and prepare meeting rooms for rentals according to specified requirements
- Need to be able to lift and move tables, chairs, mop, clean, take out trash
- Act as an ambassador for the Parks and Recreation facility, offering a welcoming and helpful experience to all guests
- Supervise guest activities, ensuring safety and compliance with facility policies as needed
- Greet guests and provide informative tours of the facility when required
- Respond to guest inquiries with accurate and clear information regarding Parks Department classes, events, programs, rental spaces, fees, and policies
- Process class registrations, memberships, daily passes, ticket sales, and meeting room or shelter reservations in a timely and organized manner
- Answer incoming calls across multiple lines, promoting member retention and cross-selling various Department programs (including competitive sports, aquatics, fitness, health, recreation, and classes)
- Assist in the training of new Customer Care Team members, providing guidance and support
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, ensuring it remains in "visitor-ready" condition Duties include monitoring floors, trash receptacles, kitchens, meeting rooms, restrooms, and replenishing supplies as needed
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated in the absence of supervision
- Clear and effective communication skills, both in person and with supervisors and colleagues
- Strong computer proficiency, including data entry and navigating software programs
- Excellent written English, with a keen attention to spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Outstanding telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in money handling and cash register operations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Must have dependable transportation for punctuality and shift reliability
Education and Experience
- Previous experience in guest services is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
