A Day in the Life:You'll welcome job seekers and ensure they have a positive experience. You'll assist with unemployment applications, resume development, and job searches while supporting workshops and mock interviews. Collaborating with employers, you'll help create career pathways through apprenticeships and training programs. Throughout the day, you’ll record case notes in NEworks, manage program intakes, and coordinate hiring events. Keeping the resource room organized and professional, you'll work closely with teammates and AJC partners to ensure seamless services for all.

Minimum Qualifications/Necessary Special Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent supplemented by coursework in business practices.
- Two years of experience in complex clerical work.
