What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Engineer III position at City of Lincoln/Lancaster County?
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Perform general design of construction projects.
Assist the roadway and special projects engineers. Perform roadway and culvert design and work with drainage erosion projects.
Assist staff with subdivision review, inspections, applications, and special permits reviews.
Assist in modernizing the design section and assist with other updates as required.
Obtain permits for construction/programs.
Communicate and coordinate with outside agencies and consultants.Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, experience in progressively responsible civil engineering work, and registration as a Professional Engineer.
Salary : $88,379 - $113,194
