Job Posting Information
Starting at $14.00 per hour; 8 – 24 hours per week in spring and fall, up to 40 hours per week in summer. School field trips, day camps and occasional evening or weekend programs at the Pioneers Park Nature Center.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18 years old.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead nature based outdoor education programming in one or more seasons depending on skills and availability. Must provide education and supervision to elementary students in outdoor settings including wood chipped trails, streams, wetlands, woodland, and tall grass prairie. Knowledge of plants, animals, and habitats is preferred. Must attend staff trainings, be able to walk 1 ½ miles on wood chipped trails and endure Nebraska weather.

Temporary, on call, and seasonal positions with the City are not eligible for benefits.
