Up to $18.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Starts Spring - ends Fall - 40 hours per week; hours varied. Applicants may indicate preference of working at the golf course of their choice: Ager, Highlands, Holmes, Mahoney, Pioneers. Not all location requests may be accommodated.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must be 16 years of age or older. Must be 18 years of age or older to operate most power equipment, mowers, and motor vehicles.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be able to perform manual labor. Hours varied. Required to work assigned schedules, including weekends and the holidays of Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. Average of 12 to 14 weeks of work, includes some weekends and evenings. Must be in good physical health and able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions. A valid driver's license is required for most positions, although not all. Some positions require mechanical ability.
Temporary, on call, and seasonal positions with the City are not eligible for benefits.
