Available Positions:
Art Instructor ($13.70 per hour) Inspire creativity and imagination as you lead engaging arts and crafts activities for participants of all ages. Organize, supervise, and instruct daily art sessions, fostering a love for artistic expression in our community.
Playground Aides ($13.00 per hour) Join our team of energetic Playground Aides and help create a safe and fun environment for youth and adult participants. Monitor recreational activities, issue equipment, and ensure that safety guidelines are followed for every exciting adventure!
Playground Supervisors ($14.00 per hour) Take on a leadership role as a Playground Supervisor, overseeing program activities and employees. Transport youth participants to off-site locations and play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our community.
Playground Director ($16.50 per hour) Lead the way as a Playground Director, combining supervisory responsibilities with hands-on engagement in program activities. If you're ready to take your leadership skills to the next level and make a lasting impact, this is the role for you!

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid Arkansas Driver's License (Southwest Community Center Only)
- Must have a year of paid experience (full-time or part-time) working with children (required for all of the playground positions)
- Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol screen (Southwest Community Center Only)
