What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Administration Intern position at City of Little Rock?
This is not a safety/security sensitive position for purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment and is not subject to random drug and/or alcohol testing.
JOB OBJECTIVE: To support services that address the needs of multicultural communities and ensure that communities are aware of opportunities and resources and can access them.
- Create social media and marketing content and conduct outreach
- Assist with Spanish translation and interpretation
- Assist with daily operations of the Municipal ID program
- Speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish fluently.
- Have a strong interest in public service and communications.
- Possess digital marketing skills, including proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Facebook, and AI tolls such as ChatGPT (or strong propensity to learn).
- Be available to work onsite 8 hours per week.
