Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Baseball Coach to lead and develop our youth participants. Duties
- Develop and implement practice plans that focus on skill development, strategy, and teamwork.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance players' abilities in batting, pitching, fielding, and base running.
- Monitor player performance during practices and games, providing constructive feedback to promote improvement.
- Educate players on the rules of baseball and the importance of sportsmanship.
- Manage game day operations, including player lineups, substitutions, and strategy adjustments.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages participation and personal growth.
- Collaborate with other coaching staff to ensure a cohesive approach to player development.
- Implement behavior management strategies to maintain discipline and focus during practices and games.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably in baseball or related sports.
- Strong knowledge of baseball techniques and strategies.
- Ability to educate players effectively while promoting a love for the game.
