Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
- Manage data collection processes to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
- Utilize integrated library systems and databases to maintain records and retrieve information efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Conduct software troubleshooting to resolve technical issues impacting daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with staff, stakeholders, and external partners to support organizational goals.
- Prepare written reports and documentation as required for various projects.
- Evaluate materials to determine outdated or unused items to be discarded.
- Keep record of materials, check materials in and out, and compile lists of overdue materials and notify borrowers that their materials are overdue.
- Assemble and arrange display materials.
- Code, classify and catalog reading materials.
