The City of Madison, SD is accepting applications for a full-time Service Desk Representative. This position is responsible for providing customer service support for the community center operations and data entry of financial information and records filing.
As a Service Desk Representative, you'll be the heart of our community center, greeting guests with a warm smile, answering phone calls, and assisting customers with memberships, account inquiries, and payments. You'll also help with data entry, record keeping, and general front desk operations-ensuring everything runs smoothly.
The work schedule of this position is typically Monday - Friday, from 8AM - 5PM, and can be flexible to meet the requirement of 40 hours per week.
