Our full-time CSO performs work as a uniformed non-sworn officer to assist the department in assignments; assists other department staff in routine department functions; carries out animal control functions; responds to nonemergency calls, parking reinforcement and completion of reports.

This is a 40-hour per week positionwith a variety of shifts available. Ideal candidate will have experience providing high-quality customer service, experience with animal control, and a desire to serve the community. Our program is specifically designed to train and promote CSO's to Police Officers.
Applicants for this position will, at a minimum, be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate, possess a valid driver's license, complete detailed reports, conduct investigations, pass a law enforcement background, pre-employment medical and psychological exams.
