City of Maryville 's Information Technology department is growing! New full-time positions are being added to support a secure, reliable and adaptable IT infrastructure that effectively serves our municipality's evolving needs.
Operational / SQL Specialist - Performs complex technical work supporting operational workflows, maintaining documentation, and providing reporting solutions for the City. Responsibilities include developing reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), providing guidance on operational tools like Microsoft SharePoint and Excel, assisting with workflow improvements, and delivering user training.
Software Application / IT Support Specialist - Performs complex technical work installing, maintaining, and supporting software applications and related systems. Responsibilities include providing Tier 2 support for key applications, including first-line support for Tyler Technologies applications, managing helpdesk tickets, setting up user accounts, assisting with documentation, and supporting budget planning and purchasing.
IT Technician / Tier 1 Helpdesk - The IT Technician / Tier 1 Helpdesk installs, maintains, and repairs computer systems while providing first-level support. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring compliance with security standards.
