Under general direction, the Administrative Supervisor provides clerical and administrative assistance to the Traffic Operations Department to include records management, clerical and coordination support functions for the daily operations. Employee provides direct assistance to the Director, Deputy Director, Manager and Crew Leaders requiring a high level of competency, dedication and confidentiality. The position requires multi-tasking, knowledge and efficient use of personal computer, general office equipment and the ability to learn new departmental software and procedures. Employee handles confidential information and maintains contact with all levels of City employees and departments. Job requires professional conduct, mature judgment and proven ability to handle confidential sensitive and highly volatile issues. Employee must abide by all safety rule and regulations.
