Under general supervision, the Airport Operations Specialist monitors the automated security access and building management systems. Employee works in a highly technical operations center located in a public area of the terminal building and serves as the department's first point of contact for the public. Employee provides continuous services to the public involving sensitive matters demanding outmost tact and resourcefulness.
