Under the general supervision of the Management Assistant, the Accounting Clerk is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, soliciting bids, processing requisitions, change orders and daily rental and registration processing. In addition, the Accounting Clerk’s responsibilities will include some payroll and procurement card reconciliation. Position requires a highly skilled individual involved in the accounting, procurement, and customer service for the Parks and Recreation Department. Employee works with many different records or forms, receives and prepares information for further processing or record keeping. The individual also assumes general front desk/reception duties of the office.
