As a Aquatic Youth Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging learning environment, developing the skills and confidence of our students, and contributing to the overall success of our program.
Your key responsibilities will include lesson planning and delivery, classroom management, record keeping, and teamwork and communication. You will also be required to participate in regular training sessions, adhere to all policies and procedures, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm. You will also be required to be physically able to lift children (if necessary), lift 50 pounds, and respond in emergency situations.
