Key Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning and Delivery: Create and implement engaging swim lessons that cater to the needs and abilities of our students.
- Classroom Management: Manage classroom behavior, ensure student safety, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and any incidents or issues that may arise.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students to achieve our program goals and objectives.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience working with children, basic First Aid, CPR, AED, and American Red Cross WSI certification, and a strong desire to work with children and parents on a daily basis.
