The City of Mentor is seeking a full-time_ Assistant Greens Superintendent_ at Black Brook Golf Course and Practice Center.
The successful candidate will have:
- Thorough knowledge of all phases of golf course operations and maintenance, including turf management, irrigation, pesticide applications
- Knowledge of property/asset management
- Budget/forecasting along with the ability to supervise staff.
- Certification in golf course/turf management is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and high school graduate (GED) required.
Annual salary for this non-exempt position is: $39,000 – $70,450 (DOQ) and includes a comprehensive benefit package.
