Building Maintenance Worker

Position Overview
This full-time position provides routine maintenance, repair and supplemental custodial services to all City buildings, and various City-owned properties including winter weather response as needed. The buildings maintenance worker assists in maintaining all types of equipment located in administrative buildings, the City pool, and park buildings. This position also helps develop long-term and cost-effective solutions for building assets.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Class A Commercial Drivers’ License (CDL) strongly preferred or obtained within one year of hire.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license at time of hire and throughout employment.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a Certified Pool Operator’s (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) license within one year of hire.

Current Salary
The starting salary is $54,459. Salary range is $54,459- $73,521. Excellent benefits package including:
