SUPERVISIONGeneral supervision is provided by the Aquatics Coordinator. Responsible for supervision of Head Lifeguards, Lifeguards and Pool Cashiers.

All behaviors comply with the Code of Conduct and Rules of Behavior outlined in Chapter 8 of the General Government Policies and Procedures Manual.Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise and review the work of staff responsible for providing pool safety and recreation services within the Aquatics Division.Participate in the selection of lifeguard staff; provide or coordinate staff training; work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline procedures.Prepare various reports on operations and activities.Provide patrons with information regarding the operation and rules of the facility; respond to patron's inquiries and concerns; provide excellent customer service.Recommend and assist in the implementation of goals and objectives; establish schedules and methods for providing swimming pool services; implement policies and procedures.
