We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Public Works team as a Litter Prevention Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations to assist in the maintenance of programs, planning special activities/events, and implementing resources to enhance and advance the City's environmental aesthetic. You will facilitate and implement litter abatement and prevention strategies through civic engagement, partnership programs, and related administrative duties. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and coordinating schedules of litter collection services, monitoring and improving program initiatives, and organizing volunteer groups for special events. You will also be required to attend meetings, represent the department at civic groups/neighborhood associations, and provide exceptional customer service.
