Position Description
Provide customer service by helping users to understand systems operations and procedures; dealing with problems; and providing coaching and training to staff on systems operations. This position will collaborate and work closely with our Information Technology department on projects.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop training sessions for different aspects of the system including new software, procedures, etc.
- Conduct training sessions for users on existing processes and on new processes.
- Maintain documentation of user and operating procedures
- Assist users through one on one coaching on systems procedures; correct use of software; data entry sequences; and so on.
- Participate on business process improvement initiates related to the systems to which assigned, monitoring impacts , and assisting with implementation.
- Prepare user guides with proper procedures for systems data entry and retrieval.
- Maintain systems tables, and other control features.
- Add, delete, and change users on the system including determining proper permissions, and security levels and making adjustments as required.
- Manage key databases, set parameters for jobs, etc. to ensure system reliability.
- Assist with the creation of test plans and perform systems testing for upgrades and changes on the system.
- Analyze business procedures and make recommendations on ways to improve them as they relate to systems use.
- Attend meetings as a representative of the Department for upgrades and purchases on new technology, and for business process improvement initiatives, providing input regarding system issues
