Job Description

Our Inclusion leader is a support person who provides one-on-one assistance to campers with developmental and physical disabilities and provides support as they participate in summer programs.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide direct camper care, prioritizing each assigned camper's physical, social, emotional health, safety, and well-being.
- Daily supervision of assigned campers and responding to incidents, such as behavioral problems or accidents, while applying appropriate behavior-management techniques.
- Maintain records relating to behaviors and discuss camper participation and concerns with parents and other staff members. You should be positive, proactive, and caring while focusing on giving campers a fun, safe camp experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age with at least one year of special needs or childcare experience.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, management, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to commit to a two-week Monday-Thursday morning or afternoon schedule.
- College degree preferred, or in process.
