The City of Minot is accepting applications for the position of Administrative Clerk in the Inspections Department, with an application deadline of Tuesday, December 31st, 2024. This position is open to all qualified internal and external applicants.

Nature of Work
This is clerical and office work performed within the Inspections division. Work involves standard clerical duties of a highly procedural nature including filing, sorting, basic accounting, posting data, keeping records and operating office equipment. Special operational skills, if required by a specific position, are generally acquired through on the job training. Please see attached job description for complete details.
Education, Experience, Other Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
and one year of general clerical experience
or any equivalent combination of training and experience
Compensation and Benefits
- The assigned salary range for the position of Administrative Clerk under the 2025 City of Minot Annual Pay Plan is a Grade 46, which is $18.99 per hour- $28.19 per hour or $39,493- $58,627 annually.
- This is a full time, FLSA Non-Exempt position eligible for overtime.
