Basic Purpose of the JobPerforms a variety of assigned duties and responsibilities involved in operations of the Black Canyon Golf Course Pro Shop including scheduling tee times, assisting with merchandise sales, answering phone inquiries, assisting golfers with cart rental, proper use, fueling and cleaning of carts. Provides guests with friendly, prompt, and efficient service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. Learns and adheres to safety standards. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Work under the general direction and guidance of the Golf Professional. Must be able to work under minimal supervision and exercise sound independent judgment.
