Position Objective:
- To manage and direct all financial activities and operations which include planning, budgeting, general accounting, cash management, procurement, debt management, grant management, reporting, revenue and collections for city and utility. Provides direction and management of the Finance Department. Also serves as the Finance Director; developing policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure accuracy and internal controls for all City financial data.
