Asset and Maintenance Manager
The City of Mountain Home Department of Public Works is seeking a full-time Asset and Maintenance Manager to lead the implementation and oversight of a comprehensive asset management program. This role supports data-driven decision-making for capital planning, maintenance, and long-term infrastructure management across critical municipal systems—including water, wastewater, stormwater, and public works facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with CMMS platforms, GIS (e.g., ESRI ArcGIS), SQL/data analysis, and asset lifecycle planning.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. This position involves both office work and field visits, and requires a valid driver’s license and background check.
