Summary
As a Public Buildings Maintenance Coordinator, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will leverage your core skills in mechanical knowledge, electrical experience, and maintenance management to supervise a team and execute maintenance tasks. - Plan, organize, and coordinate all activities for building maintenance, and capital projects.
- Responsible for all maintenance, repair, and improvements to City-owned buildings.
- Supervise activities in and the maintenance of the City swimming pool.
- Work in conjunction with the city and community service organizations on park and building projects.
- Development of department budgets
