SUMMER CAMP ASSOCIATE
Are you ready for a summer filled with excitement, adventure, and lasting memories? The City of Napa Parks and Recreation Department is looking for passionate, responsible, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as mentors and role models this summer! If you enjoy outdoor activities, love working with children, and have a "can-do" attitude join our summer camp crew!
LIFEGUARD & SWIM INSTRUCTOR
Are you ready to dive into an exciting summer job? If you love the water and enjoy being part of a vibrant community, we want YOU to join our team as a Lifeguard or Swim Instructor! This is your chance to have fun, stay active, and gain meaningful experience while making a positive impact on the community.

Applications will be reviewed on a continuous basis until vacancies have been filled.
These are temporary part-time positions not to exceed 1,000 hours. Temporary and part-time employees are at-will and not covered by the Civil Service System. Some benefits for temporary employees include sick leave, temporary employee retirement plan, and 3.5% bilingual pay if applicable.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants for both the Summer Camp Associate, Lifeguard & Swim Instructor must be:
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed throughout the summer season.
- Available to attend mandatory Staff Training Week (June 9 - 13).
- At least fifteen (15) years of age at time of application and have the ability to obtain a work permit.
- Obtain required certifications (depending on position) by date of hire.
