JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position safely operates heavy equipment in the performance of work associated with construction and maintenance of streets and other construction projects within the Public Works Division; assists with repairs to labor equipment; stocks sand and salt shed; performs snow removal duties; other related duties. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 2:45 pm, is part of the AFSCME Collective Bargaining Unit, and provides an excellent work life balance. The position is grade 4, with a starting hourly rate not to exceed $29.39.
