Responsibilities

- Maintain floors through buffing, waxing, and polishing to ensure they are clean and presentable.
- Conduct custodial duties in both residential and commercial settings, adhering to established cleaning protocols.
- Carry out industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger cleaning projects efficiently.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing and waxing is a plus.
- Experience in residential painting or general maintenance tasks is beneficial.
- Knowledge of industrial and commercial cleaning practices is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
