Maintain all City parks and open space to ensure safe recreation. Maintain all park equipment.Starting wage is $13.25 per hour.This part-time position will typically work 25 - 37 1/2 hours per week from March to November (depending on the season). December through February hours are on a "on-call" basis for snow removal and other tasks.Position will remain open for applications until it is filled.

Mow lawn with riding mowerPerform snow removalAdditional duties as assigned: Maintain safety in the parks and around all City owned propertiesMaintain all park buildings and properties, including mechanical, electrical and plumbingMaintain beautification of parks and other City owned properties by performing refuse pickup, lawn care and landscapingMaintain and prepare/groom ball fields for various league activitiesInspect and maintain all playground equipment, shelters, park shop, ice rink, trails, etc.Perform preventative maintenance on all park vehicles and small equipmentInitiate safe work practicesAttend required meetings and training sessionsCommunicate with local groups and school district regarding activitiesAssist with special event setup
