Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Enterprise Architecture - Partner with leadership to develop and evolve technology strategy and architectural vision. Establish and maintain enterprise architecture framework and governance model. Lead development and maintenance of enterprise technology roadmap. Design and implement technical standards, patterns, and reference architectures. Guide solution architecture teams to ensure enterprise alignment. Drive technology standardization and modernization initiatives.
- Technology Innovation & Transformation - Identify and evaluate existing and emerging technologies for potential business value. Lead proof-of-concept and pilot programs for new technologies. Drive digital transformation initiatives through architectural leadership. Foster culture of innovation within technology teams. Establish innovation frameworks and evaluation processes. Guide architectural decisions for transformation programs.
- Technology Governance & Standards - Develop and maintain technology policies and standards. Lead architecture review board and oversee review processes. Drive portfolio rationalization and optimization initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements. Oversee technology investment decision-making processes. Monitor and enforce architectural standards compliance.
- Strategic Program Oversight - Provide architectural oversight of major technology programs. Ensure strategic alignment across technology initiatives. Drive cross-functional collaboration and consensus building. Monitor and report on strategic initiative progress. Lead architectural assessments and recommendations. Guide technical direction of strategic programs.
- Partner with business unit leaders on strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with technology teams across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
- A master's degree in computer science from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of progressively more responsible, full-time, satisfactory experience in Information Technology (IT) including applications development, systems development, data communications and networking, database administration, data processing, or user services. At least eighteen (18) months of this experience must have been in an administrative, managerial or executive capacity in the areas of applications development, systems development, data communications and networking, database administration, data processing or in the supervision of staff performing these duties; or
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of progressively more responsible, full-time, satisfactory experience as described in "1" above; or
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent, and six (6) years of progressively more responsible, full-time, satisfactory experience as described in "1" above; or
- A satisfactory combination of education and experience equivalent to "1", "2" or "3" above. However, all candidates must have at least a four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and must possess at least three (3) years of experience as described in "1" above, including the eighteen (18) months of administrative, managerial, executive or supervisory experience as described in "1" above.
Preferred Skills
- 10 years of technology experience with 2 years in enterprise architecture. - Proven track record of developing enterprise architecture frameworks. - Experience leading technology standardization initiatives. - Strong background in digital transformation and modernization. - Track record of successful strategic program delivery. - Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. - Enterprise architecture certifications (TOGAF, Zachman) preferred.
