The City of New York seeks a highly skilled professional to serve as the Section Chief of Lifecycle Management in the Bureau of Wastewater Treatment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive long-term master plans for wastewater facilities and process areas.
- Developing business cases with optimal scope of work and appropriate balance of rehabilitation, repair, and replacement.
- Directing and managing consultant contracts that support lifecycle management tasks.
- Performing research and analysis to support master planning activities and business case development.
You will work closely with members of the Capital Planning & Budget Section, Asset Management Section, and Collections and Plant Operations to ensure effective implementation of lifecycle management strategies.
