Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT AMS-Support Systems, the Workday Developer will play a vital role in supporting the configuration, enhancement, and optimization of our Workday system. Selected candidate will work closely with IT, HR, and other business teams to ensure the effective utilization of the Workday Platform.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Modify configurations of Workday HCM, as needed, in coordination with HR department.
- Manage all aspects of integrations within the architecture of the Workday HCM with various other internal and external systems, including PRISM.
- Develop and modify reports, including BIRT reports.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation, and problem resolution.
- Troubleshoot issues with functionality and integrations, recommend solutions, build/fix/modify as needed, conduct system test, and implement solutions to integrations, configurations and reports as needed.
- Stay current with Workday updates, industry trends, and best practices and recommend enhancements to ensure our platform remains innovative and effective.
- Support Workday system upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations.
- Follow IT-established change and release management processes to promote changes to the production environment.
- Gather user requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Monitor system performance and data integrity, addressing any issues that arise and proposing solutions.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance processes for system updates, enhancements, and integrations.
- Document processes, procedures, and configuration changes.
- Candidates with permanent civil service status in the titles of Computer Specialist (SW) L4 and Computer Systems Manager NM 1/2 will also be considered.

Minimum Qualifications
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in computer science, engineering, human computer interaction, interactive media, digital and graphics design, data visualization, communication or a related field, and four years of satisfactory full-time experience related to the area(s) required by the particular position and a specialization in a relevant technology, process, methodology and/or domain; or
- An associate degree from an accredited college in computer science, engineering, human computer interaction, interactive media, digital and graphics design, data visualization, communication or a related field, and six years of satisfactory full-time experience related to the area(s) required by the particular position and a specialization in a relevant technology, process, methodology and/or domain; or
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college, and eight years of satisfactory full-time experience related to the area(s) required by the particular position and a specialization in a relevant technology, process, methodology and/or domain; or
- Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1", "2", or "3" above.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education/experience. - 9 years of experience related to Workday HCM and Time Tracking. - 9 years of experience with implementation and support of Workday HCM and Time Tracking. - Skilled in Workday Studio, developing complex EIBs, BIRT, Core Connectors, and integrations. - Experience in Workday Studio and other integration tools a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage and organize data effectively. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and end-users. - Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. - Certifications or training in Workday Development, Integration and Configuration.
