What You'll Be Up To:
Handling accounts receivable duties for Utility Billing
Preparing utility invoices, tracking payments, following up on outstanding balances, setting up utility accounts, and tracking utility usage
Keeping accurate records and supporting monthly reconciliations
Performing general accounting and clerical support tasks
Serving as front desk backup, answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting the public with professionalism and a smile
We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation in accounting and office support. A typical candidate would have:
High school diploma or equivalent, plus some college courses in accounting or finance and 3 years of related experience, OR
An Associate’s degree in a related field and 2 years of related experience
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to:
