The Ryan White Part A Program is a federally funded program that funds and provides medical and supportive services for people living with HIV and AIDS. The program consists of two major components: the Planning Council and Grantee Administration. The Planning Council determines the services needed and the amount of funding dedicated to each service. The Grantee's Office is responsible for program administration.
The Ryan White Part A Program is currently recruiting for a Data Quality Control Analyst who will manage Ryan White Part A Program data management system; CAREWare. The Data Quality Control Analyst will collect and analyze data, interpret and track trends, prepare reports presentations. Ensure accuracy, integrity, security, and consistency of data. Will identify and resolve data-related issues, discrepancies and concerts. Provide training to new and existing Part A subrecipients.
Essential Functions
- Administer the CAREWare database, including creating user accounts, managing data entry, deleting duplicating clients, troubleshooting problems.
- Recommend system-wide improvements for CAREWare.
- Analyze client-level utilization data for accuracy and consistency with subrecipient’s quarterly reports.
- Prepare service-specific custom data reports as needed by the Recipient, CQM, Planning Council and other Stakeholders as necessary.
- Provide CQM data-related technical assistance.
- Create charts and spreadsheets for data analysis.
- Design procedures for the collection and evaluation of data.
- Generate reports from CAREWare performance measure data.
Education/Experience
Graduation from a four-year college or university with a degree in the area of Information Technology, Public Health, Statistics or equivalent training and/or experience.
Two years relevant experience in health, social, or community-based organizations serving indigent populations.
Must possess proficient computer skills to operate business software, including Microsoft Office products.
Experience with health information technology (HER, EDR, practice management systems) required.
Additional Information & Requirements
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
