Position: Deputy Sheriff Starting Salary: $43,260
Increase to $47,073 upon graduation from Basic Academy w/ $5,000 signing incentive

- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid Virginia or North Carolina Driver's License
- Must have Social Security Card
- Must have Original Birth Certificate
- Former military must have an original DD-214
