- Manage the complex grant funds.
- Track expensed and prepare invoices for grant expenditure reimbursement and fund drawdowns.
- Prepare and submit reports to grantors.
- Reconcile and close out grants.
- Assist in development of new and renewal grant budgets.
- Enter grant applications, awards, and budgets in the grants accounting system.
- Monitor and analyze program expenses and assist program staff in tracking and projecting grant spending.
- Prepares specialized financial reports to meet various local, state, and federal requirements.
- Ensure compliance of grants with federal and state rules/regulations and grant requirements.
- Assist in preparation of annual workpapers.
- Prepare documents requested by external and grant auditors in conducting grant and financial audit.
- Perform internal audits of programs and /or procedures.
Three years experience in accounting or finance.Working Hours: Monday through Friday. 8:30am to 5:00pm
Signing Bonus: This position is eligible for a one-time $5,000 signing bonus for new hires.
Salary : $54,601 - $89,031
