- Pay Considerations –The starting salary for the position is $67,353.61. Starting salary is dependent on education, qualifications, and experience.
- Work Schedule – This position is scheduled to work 4 days per week, 9 hours per day (36 hour work week), Wednesday-Saturday. Wednesday & Thursday from 10am-8pm and Friday & Saturday from 8am-6pm at our Aliante Library Location (2400 W. Deer Springs Way. NLV, NV 89084)
THE ROLE
To plan and coordinate an effective outreach and engagement strategy for the Library District in collaboration with the library's management staff and director. The Outreach and Community Engagement Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordinating, implementing, and collaborating with community groups and organizations to promote the library district’s programs and services; attending outreach events and community meetings, training and evaluating library staff on effective outreach strategies, collecting data on program effectiveness and community needs, and providing reports and recommendations to the library management and City leadership.
