Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning, Accounting and Finance
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Proven experience in managing public sector finance is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills including prior supervision
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Advanced degree or CPA certification is preferred
