The City of Northfield is seeking Seasonal Garden Care Workers. This position is responsible for duties related to installation, maintenance and removal of annuals, perennials, plants, shrubs and trees at various garden sites and planter locations. Ensures that all plants at these sites are adequately weeded, watered, pruned and fertilized to remain healthy and attractive throughout the growing season and perform other duties as assigned to support the department.

High school diploma or equivalent, an excellent driving record, and the ability to perform light to heavy physical labor, lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently. Previous experience performing physical labor. Previous horticulture experience.
