What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lifeguard position at City of Northfield?
The City of Northfield is recruiting for Seasonal Lifeguards at Northfield's Old Memorial Pool. The lifeguard works under the direct supervision of the Pool & Ice Arena Supervisor and/or Pool Manager at Northfield's Old Memorial Pool. Lifeguards ensure a safe swim environment by enforcing facility rules/regulations and perform necessary actions needed to assure all patrons' safety. This seasonal position offers part time, flexible hours that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years old
- Current Certification in American Red Cross LGT, CPR-Pro-Rescue, First-Aid; or ability to obtain by June 2024
- Ability to work early June to Labor Day Weekend
