Northglenn Arts is the cultural services division of the City of Northglenn, which strives to provide affordable access to the arts in north Denver by presenting quality live productions through Northglenn Arts Presents and Northglenn Youth Theatre, offering outdoor summer concerts and movies, drama classes for youth through NYT Academy, art & dance classes, public art through Northglenn's Art on Parade and other commissions, and special events throughout the year.
Nature of Work
Northglenn Arts / Parsons Theatre is seeking two energetic, courteous, customer-focused, hospitality driven individuals to fill 2 part-time, 20-29 hours a week positions., on our Patron Services / Box Office Team.
This role will focus on providing exceptional service to all patrons of Northglenn Arts and the Parsons Theatre performing ticket sales, class registrations, theatre rental assistance and patron assistance both over the phone and in person. Works closely with and supervised by the Patron Experience Coordinator.
The Arts and Culture Patron Services Representative plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to patrons, participants, and partners of Northglenn Arts. They are responsible for delivering prompt and professional solutions to inquiries, reservations and registrations, managing house operations for events, and providing administrative support across various functions within the division.

The schedule for this position requires flexibility. Hours will vary during the week and weekends and including both daytime and evening shifts.
Duties may require standing, walking, and sitting for long periods; handling and operating objects and equipment, reaching outward and above shoulders to carry, pull, push, or lift up to 40 pounds unassisted.
The facility the position works in includes the Parsons Theatre, Lobby, Community Rooms to include a catering kitchen, Art Gallery, Senior Center, Activity Room, backstage spaces to include rehearsal studio, greenrooms, dressing rooms, storage closets, Administrative Offices and outdoor venues within the City of Northglenn. This facility also shares a building with a recreation center.
Hiring Range : $17.22 - $18.56 DOQ
Full Pay Range $17.22 - $22.39

DESCRIPTION & BENEFITS
Regular Full-Time

Employee can pay the difference to cover spouse and / or children. Life & LTD insurance coverage is provided. Employee participates in the City's pension plan and the City contributes to the plan. Employee accrues general leave on a pro-rated basis and optional benefits.

Employee works in a position that is classified as 20 hours per week but less than 30 hours. City pays contribution toward employee only medical insurance. Employee accrues general leave on a pro-rated basis and the City pays 3.75% toward deferred compensation and optional benefits.
