Community Center Driver
Position Type : Part-time
Hourly Rate : $15
Job Summary :
The Community Center Driver is responsible for safely and courteously transporting participants to and from the Community Center and other approved locations; as well as aiding staff, participants, and volunteers as and where needed. The position necessitates continual communication with all staff members and constant positive interpersonal skills with the general public. This position will assist in activities scheduled in the Community Center.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist riders in and out of vehicle(s) as necessary.
- Report any concerns or problems to supervisor.
- Record mileage and number of riders.
- Keep fuel in Community Center vehicle(s).
- Keep Community Center vehicle(s) clean.
- Be aware of and report any vehicular problems or needs to supervisor.
- Aid participants as requested.
- Performs other duties as requested or as needed.

While performing duties of this job, employee constantly sits; drives a vehicle; grasps; holds; uses repetitive movements; uses eye-hand coordination; hears; has contact with senior citizens; and lifts as much as 40 pounds.
